What are your cleaning rates?
All jobs are priced according to task, whether it is daily office cleaning, commercial facility cleaning services, regular carpet cleaning or a one off heavy duty clean. Variations such as equipment and materials used are also taken into account when calculating the final cost.
When and how do we pay for our cleaning services?
Commercial customers are invoiced each calendar month and are given “NET 30 DAYS” payment terms.
Does your firm supply everything required for my facility?
Yes, ServiceMaster HandS will supply all labor, equipment and materials required at your location.
What are your hiring practices?
We have a comprehensive screening process that ensures that trustworthy, trained, qualified people will service your business.
What training do your managers and staff receive?
All managers and supervisors receive ongoing, comprehensive training to help them manage the sites they are responsible for. Our ServiceMaster HandS cleaning staff receive in-house and on-site training in all operations needed to carry out their given duties. Health and safety issues and company policies are also part of their initial training.
Will we always have the same cleaning person or team?
We strive to maintain continuity as this helps build trust and a healthy rapport with our clients.
Can you unlock, lock and set the alarm at my building?
Since cleaning normally takes place outside of regular business hours, this is a regular service that we provide to all clients, large or small.
Can we reach management outside of regular business hours?
We will provide you with a phone number so that we can help you with any emergencies that arise – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year!

What is Post Construction?
Construction clean-up is a service provided to brand new buildings or buildings that are being remodeled.
NOTE: Construction clean-up is divided into two categories: rough clean-up and final clean. ServiceMasterHandS focuses on the final cleaning. “Rough” clean-up is the removal of construction debris and is generally performed by your contractor.

What do you provide in Post Construction services?
ServiceMaster HandS will assign a team to do the cleaning required after construction work is completed and construction debris has been removed. This is the final step prior to turning the building over to its owner.
